Hip and shoulder mobility…

Hip and shoulder mobility is critical to many sportsrelated movements. Of course it is also a big bonus to be mobile for everything else you do in life. ;) Recently I have received a video that discusses basic mobility excercises that might help you for that. Happy new year

Dear readers of thsi blog! It has been a while since my last post. I was on holidays and enjoyed the snow at Arosa with my board. A real great experience like last year, but this year I prepared for a little bit more conditioning. You know snowboarder have to walk a bit more than skiers. And it worked real well. Many news 2012/2013

Christmas is coming, at least the usual stress that comes with it. Unhealthy eating habits, too many sweets and appointments, appointments and even more appointments. You guys know this at least as good as me. At the same time many things happened that I wanna share with you: 1.We are now officially coaches for the Combat Kettle Jitsu method. Just preparing for the combat kettlejitsu cert... Mehdi on Powerlifts
