Mehr...Hip and shoulder mobility is critical to many sportsrelated movements. Of course it is also a big bonus to be mobile for everything else you do in life. ;) Recently I have received a video that discusses basic mobility excercises that might help you for that. The hip opening stretch is a part of my daily stretching/mobility routine, so please give that one a try.
