The festive season is coming. Family and friends are wanting you to share some glasses of good wine with them, or beer, or cocktails or whatever. Does this mean your new muscle will be lost? Link of the week: 20 Rep Squats

It has been a while since I posted here. Some bigger drawbacks, sicknesses and a lot of work forced me to. 2013 was actually one of the worst years regarding my own goals in training. The good news is that I have a new plan of attack for next year and a lot of stuff that will happen here at the webpage, but also in Hamburg. Great seminars, workshops and BOLT- competitions will be announced shortly.
