550 Rep Challenge

Thanks to Dominik Feischl's inspiration: Do 150 28 KG swings each day for the whole month I changed the WOD for my class tonight: Choose your bell for the following 400 reps: 50 pushups (on knees if needed) 25 bent over rows l,r (50) 50 goblet squats 25 cleans l,r (50) 25 pushpresses l,r (50) 25 highpulls/snatches l,r (50) 25 lunges l,r (50) 50 russian twist (feet in the air) rest 2-5 minutes then: men choose a 24 or 28 kg kettlebell women choose a 16 or 20 kg kettlebell and perform as 150 2H swings with as few rests as possible (No rest longer than 30 seconds)

The Swing Experiment by Dominik Feischl

Hey there, I will join and awesome 30 day routine by comrade and top athlete Dominik Feischl. He created it at his blog Naturtraining. The idea is based on one simple, but not easy excercise, the two handed swing. Here are the basic guidelines: use perfect form (chest out and up, straight back...) perform 100-150 two handed kettlebell swings daily with a 28 kg kettlebell (for 30 days) choose a lower or heavier weight to feel more comfortable. The goal is perfect form! divide the reps in as many sets as needed, but minimize sets and restperiods with the goal of one set of 150 perfect...
