Just preparing for the combat kettlejitsu cert... Warumup Bodyweightcombo 3x1 minute with 30 seconds rest: rocking chair get up l/r, two thai knees,  two burpees with pushup KB warmup 3x2 minutes with 1 minute rest: 1 min alternating snatch,press,squat / 30 seconds alternating rows / 30 seconds 2-handed highpull stretching Done!
