Hip and shoulder mobility…

Hip and shoulder mobility is critical to many sportsrelated movements. Of course it is also a big bonus to be mobile for everything else you do in life. ;) Recently I have received a video that discusses basic mobility excercises that might help you for that. The hip opening stretch is a part of my daily stretching/mobility routine, so please give that one a try.

Happy new year

Dear readers of thsi blog! It has been a while since my last post. I was on holidays and enjoyed the snow at Arosa with my board. A real great experience like last year, but this year I prepared for a little bit more conditioning. You know snowboarder have to walk a bit more than skiers. And it worked real well.
