The festive season is coming. Family and friends are wanting you to share some glasses of good wine with them, or beer, or cocktails or whatever. Does this mean your new muscle will be lost? Will you get fat, stay fat or get a bid beer belly overnight? As the private coach of a sommelier in the past I can guarantee you this is not the case. My client drank two or three glasses almost daily and he reached his goals (new muscle, better conditioning and fatloss). I am not saying that I recommend to follow his lifestyle, but I recommend that you relax a bit in the festive season and enjoy the time...

Link of the week: 20 Rep Squats

It has been a while since I posted here. Some bigger drawbacks, sicknesses and a lot of work forced me to. 2013 was actually one of the worst years regarding my own goals in training. The good news is that I have a new plan of attack for next year and a lot of stuff that will happen here at the webpage, but also in Hamburg. Great seminars, workshops and BOLT- competitions will be announced shortly. To all of those who want something trainingwise from me rightnow, here is a good link to some classic training routines with the barbell.
