You choose your own weight from a range of available kettlebells.
Highest volume wins.

Competitions:

Double Half Snatch

Double Jerk

Snatch

Single Clean and Jerk (aka long cycle)

Some tips in general regarding first time participants (From Andro's point of view):

You should choose one of the four comeptition types. If you are really aware of your endless energy, you can sign up for two or even three, but don't let this event crush you.
Work on timed sets and to pace yourself. The idea is to survive these 10 minutes with as few breaks as possible.

Sign up for the competition at the IKL Store
